Our Troops

Hi America,
Well they want pass the bill for the kids health care but, pass a bill on the war.
They putting it in your face and you are acting just like them. Too blind to see that only the war matter and not even the troops. They come home expecting this and that from the government and just get the run a round.
These guys are coming home with all kinds of problems and get very little help. Sure you can see on the tube that these guys are getting the best treatment. They are the ones that are getting the best treatment because of the camera. What about the ones you don't see.
Organizations all over are collecting in on getting funds to help them but very little is actually going to them. The head of the organization and their staff and family get theirs first. By the time the dipping stop there's nothing left.
A lot of these guys are coming home and killing themselves and you are wondering why.
All the paper work they have to go through just to get a little help and the long waiting period. They have do most of it over the phone which are mainly 800# and press this button and end up with another recording. Nobody to talk to so you can ask questions to get answers. Pressing the wrong button and you might get somebody that don't even know what you are talking about,redirect to somebody that will get all your information lost.
Yes, that's working with the newly employees in the government system. They have a job with the government and only do their job as directed. Any information you need must be given somewhere else since it's not in my description. (Call this 800#)

Back to the subject: Well it's that time of year where people will be digging deep in your pockets and so deep that you didn't know your pocket was that deep.
Hold on, all is not lost. Check your credit cards statements along with bank statements real close. Even when you are paying cash,check your receipt. Slow down and pay attention to what you are doing and be aware of your surroundings.
Just like the recent shootings in the malls lately people was ripped off during that time as well.

Dollar Bill

Not many Americans know the value of the dollar or even cares. The dollar has been charged with a crime that he did not know about or for sure did not see it coming. For years the dollar has been the front runner for the world market. Every country based there money around him. It is a proud position to be in and for everybody to know that you have the power. Well I guess every good thing must come to an end. One faithful day in September 2007 Dollar Bill tripped to a low. Because of this downfall he has been accused of the increase of the fuel price. I guess they have ran out of reasons so, Dollar Bill was left out there all alone and nobody to stand in his defense. Who out there will help me stand up for Dollar Bill? He did not commit this crime and should not take the blame or be used as a escape goat.

Wake up America

Gas stations do not get their tanks filled everyday. Yet the price at the pumps can change at a moment notice. There's no justification for that high increase but whatever the price is we pay.
The President want to spend more of our tax dollars on the war but will not pump more of the oil from that country to supplement it for us. So if we send them more money to help out the war, why can't that country send us more oil and at a cheaper rate so we don't have to play like stock brokers to fill our cars?

After the march on Jena,Louisiana to show that people will not accept the unjustice,they still refuse to let Bell out. This is more than race it's just a statement to America that not only in Louisiana but anywhere esle that an unjust judicial system will do as they please. With all the media attention that made all of America aware the President nor the US Supreme Court are acting on this matter. It's not as if they don't know, they don't care. Yet the President want to spend more money on the war and do nothing in this country.

Look at what has happen since"Woman in Florida jailed for shooting a waring shot",Vet shot by Police claiming they were checking on his well being,Two shot to death because Police thought he heard gunfire,Martin shot because of wearing a hoody.

Justice

Where is justice? It was nowhere around on February 27, 2000 when I was robbed and kidnapped by the Sandusky Police Department in Sandusky,Ohio. The system and community against me accepting the words of the police and false reports filed against me.
I went to the FBI a few times, filed a report with the Ohio Bar Association, and the US Civil Rights Commission and all them said nothing was wrong or they could not help me.
July 22, 2005 the case was overturned and to this day the Police Department still have property of mine. They refuse to return it and I have filed a lawsuit against them and have yet to get this matter resolved.

Robbed

I was robbed three times within a 24 hour period and twice by the police.

I reported a robbery to the police and when they (THE POLICE) showed up stole from me and took me to jail. Later they (THE POLICE) went to my home and stole again. Then I went to court 18 times over this matter without going to trial.

I called the police over a domestic issue 18 months later and I was arrested.

The court decided to try the two separate cases together in which I refused for them to do so. They did anyway.

Well never going to trial I was to show up in court for sentencing without ever going to trial. I never showed for the sentencing hearing. I left the state of Ohio and went to Louisiana.

I stayed in Louisiana for a year and came back to Ohio for my trial in which I still did not get.

I went to the FBI,contacted the OBA,Federal Civil Rights,and Civil Liberty Union. All the agencies said that the court did nothing wrong and that they could not help me.

This all started in the 2000 and it was not until 2005 that the case was over turned and that the court was wrong.

Now I have a lawsuit against the city and today there is nothing happening with the case.

Now if anybody who read this can get me a LAWYER that is willing to act on this matter I would sure appreciate it.

 Now it's 2008 retaliated against by the city of lorain ohio police for I did get my pistol back that sanducky police stole.. The VA is stepping up to get involved in this matter. Conspiring with the racist justice system that file false charges,police reports,Va filing false statements to justify or assist the courts.

Lorain police went into my home without a warrant stole my pistol and had me drugged up by Mercy Hospital in Lorain Ohio and then transported to the VA Hospital in Breskville Ohio claiming I was suicidal. Breskville released me and the Lorain Police lock me up for not appearing for court when they made sure I would not be there. Latter charge me for inducing panic!!

The case the city of Lorain want to claim is closed. I never went to trial, never got my pistol back, nor the $275.50 the court owe me. I sign no papers nor was I charged with a weapon.

The Louis Stokes VA locked me up in 2014 because I'm still pursuing this issue. The VA refused to contact my family or let me. The VA called the police to drag me out my drugged up at Mercy Hospital in Lorain, Ohio and transport to Louis Stokes VA.

I was forced to take medication that is harmful to my health, forced to take cold showers, denied to see my primary care doctor for my service-connected disability. Denied the right to VOTE.

The VA held a so called trial on me while denying me the right to produce evidence in my behalf less knowing what I was charged with. Held 31 days before the so called court.

Denied temp 100% claiming I was not locked up for service-connected disability but for being delusional. How can you hold court on a person that is DELUSIONAL?

Filed a tort claim and my medical records started getting flags from other people saying I did this this or that and  even if there was not proof it will stand.

Claims I am entitled to I'm denied, always have to appeal and if  you want your claim approved you have to get a lawyer!!!!

IDENTIFICATION

Since 911 Americans suffer the most. All the paper work you have to go through just to prove who you are. SSAN has no proof that you are who you say you are and a picture ID with your name and a letter of your current address still don't say it's you.

I don't know you. How can you prove to me you are who you said you are?
I can get an SSAN with any name on it and apply for driver license, credit card, and what ever else. That still does not tell me who you are?
